Not knowing is the hardest part

Most makers don’t get stuck because they can’t find information. They get stuck because they find too much of it, from sources that don’t agree, with no way to tell which one is right.

You can read the regulation and still not know whether, or exactly how, it applies to you. You can get a confident answer online and have no idea whether the person giving it has ever labeled and sold a product in their life. Even scarier, you can ask an AI and get something that sounds authoritative but has a serious hidden flaw.

If you’re selling into the EU or Canada, the tools will flag where those rules differ, but they’re built around US requirements and won’t cover everything you need there.

True soap is regulated differently, but it still has regulations. The tools know the difference. Answer the classification questions and they’ll apply the right set of rules.

If you’re planning to grow your business, this is the cheapest and easiest time to get it right. Fixing labels later costs more than getting them right the first time.

The count resets every calendar month, so you’re back to 10 available label checks on the 1st. If you’re regularly needing more than 10, let me know.

No. Everything else is available as often and as much as you want.

No. Everything is written in plain English. That’s my superpower!

No. The label checks use AI to read the labels, but the results come from the rules I’ve written to evaluate the information. Nothing else in the tools is based on AI, and when you ask a question through Ask Marie or on office hours, I answer it myself.

No. Use what you need, when you need it. You’ll probably find that there are some tools you use more than others. The library has TONS of stuff in it — and you probably won’t need everything in there either. But it’s all available to you — no limits (except the label checks).

A subscription is for one business and its own products — yours. It isn’t meant to check other people’s labels, so if you’re a contract manufacturer, a private-label supplier, or a designer or consultant handling labels for clients, this isn’t the right fit as it stands. Get in touch and we’ll work out something that covers the volume properly.

Not specifically. All the rules are based on the US requirements. Many of those are the same internationally, but not all.

Yes, you can change. If you change from monthly to annual, it will be effective immediately AND you’ll get a credit for the remainder of your current billing period. If you move from annual to monthly, it will go into effect at the end of your current year.
